(under 25 years old)
Learn all aspects of horsemanship in a fun and relaxed environment
Featuring: Guest instructors, Guest speakers, Workbooks for age/skill level, Stable Management, Show Preparation, Dressage, Showing, Showjumping, Eventing, Natural Horsemanship, Carriage Driving and much more!
Our Young Equestrian Skills program is designed for beginner to advanced riders wanting to upgrade their Equestrian knowledge and skills. Participants learn the fundamentals of good horsemanship, important aspects of riding technique and etiquette, and effective application of safe horse practice – all in a fun, immersive environment.
If your child is looking to get in to the exciting world of riding but does not yet own a horse we have a number of school horses and ponies available for hire. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
How much will it cost:
Registration and instruction over 8 training days throughout the year (ages 5 - 25) | $160 |
Registration and instruction over 8 training days throughout the year (ages 2 - 4) must have an adult to assist | $80 |
Additional training days (more than 8 per rider) | $20 per day |
Course materials for interactive theory | $65 |
Ground levy per horse per day | $10 |

What will a training day look like?
8.50am | Assemble in sand arena for gear check and troop allocation |
9:00am - 10:30am | Lesson 1 |
10:30 - 11:00am | Morning Tea and gear change if needed |
11:00:12:30pm | Lesson 2 |
12:30 | Lunch with demonstration |
1:30 | Private lessons optional for an additional price (Prices for private lessons will vary depending on the instructor) |

In order to keep the costs down we rely on the help of volunteers and would greatly appreciate assistance for setting up/packing up of gear, instruction, canteen duties etc
Due to strict Covid-19 regulations all participants and spectators are required to register prior to attending and must adhere to all current rules and regulations.
